U.S. federal authority for environmental protection group has accused British Petroleum "BP" in five new violations come to light in the investigation of the incident, who in April 2010 caused an oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, reported the French newspaper "Le Figaro".

For the second time the Office for compliance with security rules and environmental criticized British company about the incident, this time in January alleges that has not tested the pressure in the compartment of the oil wells.

Furthermore, it is considered that the four local workers continued to dig, violating safety limitations that have been identified in the application for a permit for drilling.
